All on one level, with panoramic views over the countryside, guests will find Jasmine Cottage warm and welcoming.

 

The open plan living, kitchen and dining area is light and spacious, and has large panoramic windows facing East, overlooking beautiful countryside and leading directly to the spacious lawned garden, patio and Hot Tub.

 

The kitchen is well-equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, desktop freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

 

The living area is comfortable and well furnished with Laura Ashley sofa and two chairs, 40 Freeview TV with HDMI port and DVD player (DVDs not supplied) and WiFi. Gas central heating and electricity is included.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: With king-size bed and en-suite with wash basin and shower cubicle (with grab rails) and toilet. There are black out blinds should you need them.

Bedroom 2: With twin beds and en-suite with shower over bath, grab rails and toilet. There are black out blinds should you need them.

 

All linen and towels (Hand and Bath) are provided with dressing gowns for the Hot Tub. (Please bring flip flops as the Hot Tub is outside on the patio). Travel cot and highchair available on request.

Iron and Ironing board, vacuum cleaner and clothes airer are located in a cupboard in the twin room

 

Large lawned garden with its raised garden, patio, garden furniture, Fire pit / barbecue (available on request). Private parking for 4 cars. Wheelchair access.

 

We are dog friendly and you are welcome to bring one dog free of charge. We ask that you ensure your dog does not climb on furniture nor the beds.

We operate a no smoking / no vaping within the cottage. You are welcome to smoke / vape outside.
